Dear Steve Jobs (sir),

My iTunes crashed today and my whole entire entire music library went missing.

I have no fucking idea whats going on but this is causing me a HUGE headache as all my music compilation for the past 4 years is GONE and I will not be able to sync any new songs into my iPhone.

Please solve this problem for me asap.
