Also went for a 15km run just now. Sian suddenly thunderstorm and I'm forced to take shelter. While running, my left knee hurts. While I stopped and took cover, my right knee's turn to pain. I seriously think my knees are buang sia. How I hope I can run with my right knee and stop with my left knee. =P
